Test frequency at 1.0kHz. (2) Rated DC current is that which causes a 10% inductance reduction from the initial value, or coil temperature to rise by 20C, whichever is smaller. (Reference ambient temperature 20C) (3) Self-resonant frequency is measured with a network analyzer model MS560J (Anritsu) or equivalent. (4) DC resistance is measured with a digital multimeter TR6871 (Advantest) or equivalent. (5) Self-resonant frequency is for reference only. 4284A(Agilent Technologies) 1.0kHz ( 20 MS560J (Anritsu) TR6871(Advantest) |
