AAT1103/AAT1103A
Preliminary and provisional
SINGLE-CHANNEL STEP UP DC/DC CONVERTER
Features Wide Operating Voltage : 2.5V to 7V Low Dissipation Current : Typically 2.0mA In Operation, 1A or Less in Shut down Mode Power Ready Control Output Short Circuit Protection Operating Frequency Internal Soft Start Channel Control Minimized External Components 800kHz General Description The AAT1103/AAT1103A is a single channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller circuit solution for low voltage applications. A low minimum operating voltage of 2.5V is ideal for the power supply voltage of Li-Ion battery-operated electronic equipment. The IC provides soft start, short circuit protection and shut down functions. During shut down mode, current consumption is reduced less than 1A. The error amplifier gain is built in the IC, so external components are minimized. An external compensation pin gives user flexibility in determining loop compensation.
