PIN CONNECTIONS (top view) These devices consist of four independent precision voltage comparators, designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These differential comparators use the STMicroelectronics silicon lin MOS process giving them an excellent consumption-speed ratio. These devices are ideally suited for low consumption applications. All voltage values, except differential voltage, are with respect to network ground terminal. Differential voltages are the non-inverting input terminal with respect to the inverting input terminal. The magnitude of the input and the output voltages must never exceed the magnitude of the possitive supply voltage. Short circuit from outputs to Vcc+ can cause excessive heating and eventual destruction. Pd is calculated with T amb = +25C, Tj = +150C and R thja = 80C/W for DIP14 package = 150C/W for SO14 package
