APPLICATIONS GENERAL PURPOSE SWITCHING DESCRIPTION The MJE802 is a silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration, mounted in Jedec SOT-32 plastic package. It is intended for use in medium power linear and switching applications.
